Staff Introductions-Chapter three- Heather Deshazo

Anyone who has been in our office recently has become familiar with our head receptionist Heather Deshazo. It is hard to believe, but Heather has been a part of our team for seven years. It is Heathers primary responsibility to see that the front area runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition , Heather handles the ordering and maintenance of special order diets and prescription foods which your pets may need. We rely heavily on her to be sure that when it gets busy "up front" or someone has run out of their specific nutritional needs, to attend to it quickly and professionally. She rarely, if ever, disappoints! Heather has completed several on line nutrition training courses to improve her ability to better serve our clients, and takes care of so many day to day activities, it would be difficult to list them all here! Heather has a son named Brody who will often visit with us and is growing up quickly into a nice little man. Greyhounds are without a doubt a favorite of Heathers, although all breeds and cats seem to be greatly comforted by her presence when it comes time to draw blood, or do various things which most of our patients don't find very amusing. She is without a doubt a very important part of our team and we hope you'll appreciate her work ethic and attention to detail as much as we do! Thanks Heather!!
